Open the picture.
Press CTRL+I to pop up the preview window.
Click on the Image Size tab, set Width to 93.
Click on the Sketch tab. Set Darkness to 117, Detail to 100, Smooth to
11. Click the "More >>" button, Set Line Sharper to 8, Threshold
to 110, Darkness to 0.
Click on the Coloring Step 1 tab. Choose Draw Color. Set Color Reducer to 89.
Click on the Coloring Step 1 tab, set Saturation to 48, Contrast to -84, Brightness to 10.
Lastly, Click OK to make it out.
